As the license partner at Engel & Volkers, Joe manages the workflow systems that has allowed the East Greenwich based real estate agency to amass more than $85 million in annual sales. Starting his career in a managerial role with an agency in Warwick, Joe partnered with Emilio DiSpirito to open the first Rhode Island office of elite international real estate brokerage Engel & Volkers in 2021.

Joe’s time-management skills and detail-oriented mind make him Engel & Volkers’ technology guru, but that doesn’t mean he spends his days hunched over a computer. Working directly with clients on home purchases and sales is a natural fit, flowing from his years of experience supporting a diverse group of volunteers, the natural empathy shown in his dedication to his local community, and a deep understanding of the real estate market.
