This community is great during our snowy conditions, just sit back and let the association handle the clean up. As well in the warm months, the lawn/landscaping is done by the association. The owner has meticulously maintained this sparkling home. The kitchen has beautiful granite counters and is open to the dining and living area which is light and bright. The first floor master with 2 walk-in closets is a plus. Also the laundry room is first floor as well. The dining room and the living room are so cozy with a gas fireplace with blower. The 2nd level has been finished to add approx 600 sf with wonderful added storage around 200 sf. The heat and the AC are 2 zone, which definitely helps with efficiency.
